Food&Design by RCS, a design and haute cuisine itinerary enlivened every evening of the Milan Design Week.
The chef Andrea Berton of the Pisacco restaurant cooked at Agape 12 in via Statuto 12 Milano with the Alpes Inox stainless-steel active kitchen.
The kitchen consists of a cooking unit measuring 190 cm with three flip-over hobs, a washing-preparation element measuring 190 cm, and a column housing a large oven, refrigerator and open storage unit.
