This section contains the terms and conditions applied by ALPES-INOX srl. There are details on purchasing and payment methods, security, order progress, shipments, cancellations, withdrawal, and any other details that can be of help for customers, whether individuals or companies.
The general conditions of sale described below regulate the contractual relations between the users of the site www.alpesinox.com and the company ALPES-INOX srl, with registered office at Via Monte Pertica 5 in Bassano del Grappa (VI), VAT number IT00284810249, EEE Manufacturer Reg. no. IT080100000142. These general conditions are the only applicable ones, and supersede all other conditions, except in case of preliminary express and written dispensations.
When the “buy” button is pressed, the item is automatically placed in the shopping cart. Items can also be removed from the shopping cart before finalising the order. The items in the “Today’s Tools” collection are normally available from stock with delivery times from 3 to 5 working days. No registration to the website is required to place the order. The prices shown are only valid for online purchases.
In the order form, enter the details of the buyer to whom the products will be invoiced, and the goods delivery address (if different from the buyer’s address). Correctly filling the fields will allow faster processing of the order and delivery. Post box and hold mail delivery addresses are not permitted.
Registered users who log in will find the form already filled. There is also a field for entering promotional codes that entitle to discounts on the total order amount. Promotional codes can only be used once and only one per order.
After entering all the required details, the screen will show an order summary with all the items purchased. If everything is correct, it will be possible to proceed with the payment using one of the available methods. After the payment has been accepted, an order confirmation will be forwarded to the specified e-mail address. For orders paid by credit card, ownership of the purchased products is transferred to the customer at the time of the transaction. Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders received on public holidays will be processed on the first working day.
Orders not yet processed may be cancelled by calling +39 0424 513500, (ext. 1), or by sending an e-mail to ordini@alpesinox.com. In case of payment by credit card, we will ask our bank to cancel the transaction and return the amount paid.
All prices are in Euro and include VAT. ALPES-INOX srl applies VAT in accordance with Presidential Decree 633/72. The actual VAT amount is included in the price of the product. The invoice is sent when the order is processed.
The goods always travel accompanied by an order summary (TD) and the payment receipt. Pursuant to art. 2, paragraph 1 of Presidential Decree 696/96 (exemption from the obligation to issue a fiscal document for mail order sales), ALPES-INOX srl will issue the invoice when the goods are shipped.
ALPES-INOX srl ships throughout Italy and Europe using couriers that vary according to the volume of goods ordered.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent when the shipment takes place. For all shipments to Italy, shipping costs and insurance are included in the price of the product.
Delivery times after order processing are 3 to 5 working days for Italy and 6 to 10 working days for the European Union. Shipping costs are not subject to refund.
It is recommended to always check the number and integrity of the packages received (follow the instructions on the form “Instructions for the correct acceptance of ordered products”). In case something appears wrong or damaged, a claim must be issued immediately to the courier, either accepting the goods with reserve or rejecting them, and immediately informing ALPES-INOX srl accordingly. ALPES-INOX srl will bear all the replacement and re-delivery costs.
ALPES-INOX srl rejects all responsibility for damage to shipments that were not checked in the presence of the courier at the moment of delivery.
Online payments are forwarded the moment the order transaction is finalised, in a protected and secure manner. Credit card details are fully protected, and therefore cannot be viewed by other network users.

Once the bank transfer has been made, the bank transaction confirmation document and the order number must be forwarded to the following e-mail address: orders@alpesinox.com. The order will be processed 24 hours after receipt of the e-mail.
According to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the consumer can withdraw from the purchase contract within 7 days from the receipt of the goods. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform ALPES-INOX srl of their decision of withdrawal from the contract in writing by e-mail. To comply with the withdrawal period, simply send an e-mail indicating the intention to exercise such right before the expiry of the same. The e-mail should be sent to:

The customer is required ship the goods back or deliver them to ALPES-INOX srl without undue delay, and in any case within 14 days from the day of communication of the intention to withdraw from the contract. The terms of the withdrawal period are respected if the customer returns the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
Customers withdrawing from the contract will be refunded all the payments made to ALPES-INOX srl – with the exception of shipping costs -, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date of the contract withdrawal notification. The refund may be delayed beyond the 14-day period for proof that the customer has sent the goods back, or until these are received by ALPES-INOX srl, whichever first.
The customer shall only be liable for decreases in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods for purposes other than the necessary handling required to establish their nature, characteristics or operation, and from return transport damage due to the use of packaging different from the original packaging.
All offices will be closed from December 22, until to January 7, 2024. All orders placed in this period, including those placed on the website www.alpesinox.com, will be shipped from 7 January 2024.
