All ALPES-INOX srl products are covered by European warranty of 24 months for conformity defects, in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree no. 24 of 2 February, 2002.
For purchases made on the website www.alpesinox.com only, ALPES-INOX srl offers a free of charge extended warranty of two more years on all the products of the “Today’s Tools” collection, and five more years on the products of the “Free In The Kitchen” collection.
ALPES-INOX srl does not sell second-hand or irregular products, products with material or workmanship defects, or products of a quality lower than the standards offered on the market. The essential characteristics of the products can be found in each product data sheet.
Any breaks or manufacturing defects notified within 24 months from the date of purchase and attributable to the company, after careful inspection by our technicians, will give the right to free repair at the expense of the supplier within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of inspection and check (for repairs more expensive than the full product replacement, the supply of a replacement product will also be considered). All defects due to accidents, misuse, alterations or unauthorised repairs are excluded from the warranty.
